The loudest tool in the room
When we started Cirro, every assistant we tried wanted to be noticed. Pop-ups, suggestions, badges and chat windows that opened on their own. Each one was clever, and together they made it harder to think.
Designing for silence
So we flipped the brief. Cirro only speaks when it has something worth saying. Everything else happens in the background: summaries appear where you already look, follow-ups send themselves and small tasks are simply done.
Silence turned out to be a feature people could feel. In our first beta, teams described Cirro less like software and more like weather. It was just there, making the day a little lighter.
